if it affects your profile in anyway or gains cheevos from exploiting then technically yes. if playing offline and does not affect your profile in anyway and you are not modding the system or altering code then technically no.

Sure isn’t the case for Halo 3. On my HDD right now and yes, the 360 version, on my One S. I know the servers for matchmaking got shut down for many if not all of the Halo Legacy Titles except for MCC, but that should not affect their Campaigns’ playability. Have yet to try Reach. Disappointing.

I first encountered the PC trial version, then brought the PC full version. Then threw it out. Now it's coming to 360. However, are you going to get temporary credit bans like in Halo Reach made by Bungie, while playing multiplayer for Halo CE? I was only
little when Halo CE was around. Of course they're bringing it to Xbox 360. Microsoft doesn't want to make it available to it's rival Sony's PS3. And since the Xbox 360 console didn't come out til late 2005.

It also had an exploit where people would CHEAT to get extra credits so they could level up faster. I think those people are a lot sadder than people who get to 25 in a few hours in Halo 4.

What was the cap in Reach? Lt Colonel? And some people had that rank in a week thanks to that exploit in the SP.
