    For anybody that is an alpha insider and is having issues getting the new edge browser just report it. Thankfully after reporting it and doing somethings and restarting my Xbox it appeared automatically in my app collections

    Are you having trouble viewing content in your browser on Xbox One? And are you comparing settings against the new Edge on a PC to Xbox One? I don't believe they have updated Xbox One's browser to the new Edge yet.

    No, there is no new Edge browser for Xbox One yet. There has been no news on if or when there will be a new version of Edge available for the console.

    On Firefox and the Microsoft Edge browser (the one that comes with Windows 10, not the new Chromium based Edge that is being tested), I also have issues loading my messages.

    However, using Google Chrome or the DEV channel of the Microsoft Edge Insider preview, I can access my messages on the web.

    Also check that you do not have script or ad-blocking add ons in your browser, or at least disable them for the Xbox domain.

    Cant Request Case Review on Account Because the Enforcement isnt listed on the website

    If you are using chrome switch to a non webkit or new chrome engine browser

    Edge or firefox will do (ironically edge is based on the new chrome engine)

    We can help with website issues if you follow the above steps.and clear cache and cookies

    But no noone but the enforcement team.can help with enforcement
