    Only XBL PET employees of Microsoft have the power to do that, if you were suspended for a violation of the code of conduct then your suspension would most likely still stand as it is. You can get answers from the suspension/ban forums of an XBL PET who
    can inform you why you have been suspended for that amount of time.

    I’ve done that still nothing I call Microsoft they say my accounts suspended and they can’t see why. I’ve tired so much nothing I can’t get of hold of the enforcement any way.

    Enforcement Action you cant view...

    There is currently an issue with the enforcement page, where you cannot see why you were suspended/banned. Microsoft are working on a fix. Until then, there is nothing you can do, but wait.
