Ideas on when I'll receive last month's MyVIP % back?

I have been receiving these MyVIP % back rewards like clockwork on the last day of the month since I've qualified. I don't know why I haven't received last month's points back, unless it has something to do w/ February being a short month. I know I've
spent enough $$$ to meet the terms to receive a deposit of some sort since I would've needed to spend at least $10.

Anyways, the rewards program is primarily why I buy games digitally. God knows I can save a lot more money buying these new releases from Amazon and Best Buy at $48 rather than $60 digitally, and still retain their re-sale value too. I don't know why I
bother when it seems I have to periodically make a post about something on this forum.

It's 2017, wouldn't it be nice if there were perhaps a phone number that we could call or a way to initiate a live chat w/ someone that could get these issues resolved in a timely manner? IF ONLY THE TECHNOLOGY EXISTED!!!

I have nothing against the support agents that have to deal w/ these forums. I'm simply stating that Xbox could do a better job in supplying support of all types by giving us multiple options to seek such support for the sake of convenience.

Any insight on the matter would be appreciated.

No Credit For Purchases

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. When we award these Credits, they are back-dated to the last day of the month, so that you know that it is a sum of your month's MyVIP Credits.

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. The Present event pending in your account is from last month's "A Rewards Story" offer. Since that offer required the completion of three chapters in order to receive
Credits for the offer, you did not receive any Credits for that offer.

 

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. The credits are only listed with the last day of the month they are for so you know what month they are for, but they are never actually given on that date. So it's
too early to see credits pending for February purchases.

 

All I'm getting at is that normally I would've already had at least pending credits on my account. It normally reflects very quickly. I'll continue to monitor it. They "say" this stuff gets deposited on the 15th or end of the month, but sometimes this stuff
will just keep accumulating & then gets deposited on some random date w/o me having contacting anybody. It all doesn't change the fact that the rewards system is still broke.
