Idea for Helicopter/Plane Spawning

I was reading a few "annoyed" posts about the spawns. Mainly complaints about the cargobob no longer spawning somewhere after level 30. Well I thought of a solution. When you approach a Heli Spawn, instead of a "Leveled" Helicopter spawning, there is a menu
that you can select a certain vehicle of which you meet the level requirement. So if I was level 23, the buzzard would be greyed out. Any comments would be great.

GTA Online question

Just wondering when do planes start spawning at the airport on GTA 5 Online?

I dont play a lot of deathmatches or Versus Missions, I just want to fly around in free roam lol.

I've heard its like level 10 they start spawning but im like a 12 I believe and the only thing that ever is at the airport is the little Maverick Helicopter.

I'd like to be able to actually walk inside most of the buildings in a city. I'd also like to be able to fly aircraft like planes or helicopters

 

Then what would be the point of buying them?

 

I got Carogobob even I am level 163.

Im 150 and I don't have a problem getting a Cargobob to spawn.

Every time I go to the LS Airport there is atleast one there.

 

You can't buy a cargobob from the internet, thats the thing, and actually, it no longer spawns after a certain level. If you saw it spawn, then that means you most likely have a lower level in the area, because after level 43, the only helicopter you would
see is the buzzard.

 

Cargobobs, planes, and other helicopters all spawn at accessible spawn points but the spawn rate is random.

Well if all you had to do was go to a helipad and choose which helicopter you wanted.. what would be the point of buying them?

Wouldn't the easier option be to just give an option to buy a Cargobob.

And no. I'll go to Sandyshores with no other player outside of LS and I'll get a Cargobob to spawn.

 

Most of you are wrong you can get Cargobob any level it is about how much you using them if you using it a lots then it will respawn at any level.
