    Idea: A capture button on the new Xbox Seires X controller!


    Thank you endlessly for the ability of the "record that" feature of the Xbox One OS, and again for making it a little easier to screenshot or record in the newest UI update. However, I don't think an option in a menu is quite fit for the "spur-of-the-moment" nature of taking screenshots or recording a funny/random event that happens while playing.

    because of this, I think the functionality of the recording feature should be mapped right to the face of the controller next to the View, Menu, and Share buttons. Its functionality should be kept simple: short press to take a screenshot and long press to summon the traditional "record that" menu. This allows for quick access to screenshots but also retains access to the other features of the menu like video recording.

    Thank you for continuing to develop such an innovative console and I wish for nothing but well-earned success from the Xbox Series X. Just wish holiday season would roll around faster, huh? Idea: A capture button on the new Xbox Seires X controller! :p

    PS this is a little less pressing, but USB-C would be excellent on the new controller
