find your Xbox One's ID number by following the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Under System, select Console info.

Please note that the console ID is different from the console serial number.

Another World whoo I used to love that game and Contrast looks interesting , any idea of price?

He would have to call support and as long as he can verify he is the owner of the account they can give him the id, then he can go online and reset the password.
