    To Whom it may concern, My name is jeremy and i am trying to get accepted for id@xbox but i dont have a company or studio or gameplay or company email. I thought it was for independant developers can i please have some support on what to do i really want
    to learn how to develop xbox games.

    If you are not able to access ID@Xbox you could always join the
    Xbox Live Creators program     and then transition to ID@Xbox program at a later point.

    Thanks for reaching out! You can
    find your Xbox One's ID number     by following the steps below:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Under System, select Console info.
    Please note that the console ID is different from the console serial number.

    He would have to call support and as long as he can verify he is the owner of the account they can give him the id, then he can go online and reset the password.
