Id like to know how to formally complain to xbox please

I have a shock blue controller purchased less than 6 months ago and the left thumbstick has an upwards drift. Nothing happened yo have caused this but it is very severe. All xbox and controller software is up to date and i have tried recalibrating but no luck.

Have tried to raise a repair request online but when i get to the address page it does not show my linked delivery address and whenever i try to save a mew manual input the page blanks out and refreshes this happens on both mobile and desktop devices.

I have tried to request a call from customer support but it tells me the option is not available. I have called a few customer support numbers I have found online but they are automated services directing me to the request a call function or the chat bot. Whenever i engage the chat bot it tells me log the repair request. Im going round in circles and it seems Microsoft intentionally try to avoid any issues. There isn even a clear way to complain as that just directs to the the request a call or the xbox support function! Unacceptable and there should be a clear and straightforward way to raise a complaint

unfortunately stick drift is a fact of life with controllers from all major consuls, they all use the same commodity parts

The warranty on an Xbox controller is 90 days, so you wouldn't be eligible for a warranty repair and paying for repair will likely cost most of the way to a new controller

Thanks for the comments. Yes, there is a 12 month warranty, item is registered and my account states the warranty runs to Feb 25.

So anyone have any ideas of how to raise a complaint?

Sword they upped it to a year now

@op you.can get 3rd gen controllers which are resistant to stick drift and are tech that been used in industrial forklifts etc along with other features but analogue sticks have been out forever.

It can be anything from excessive use in one direction etc

They just.came out last year with the exception of wired with MS ones later this year

They use magnetic and sensors rather then sensors and plastic but they do come at a price wireless go for 200 plus and wired is 99 bucks.average various vendors like turtle beach and pdp mascatz etc and make sure it's made for Xbox

Thanks! As annoying as the obscuring of VAT itself is the fact that no one will tell me how to complain formally, and I've only been directed the forums (the Xbox support Twitter account said I should go to the Xbox LIVE feedback/wishlist forum!)
