    I'd like to join the Xbox Ambassador Program but am unable to.


    I was previously an Xbox Ambassador but was removed from the program with no reason provided. I will attach images that show I have no enforcement history and that I’m denied access to the program. My gamertag is and I meet the requirements I’ve seen listed like being 18+, having over 15,000 Gamerscore and having no enforcement history. While I was in the program, I never abused the program and wasn’t active in it because I was only on Xbox, now that I have a PC, I’d like to be active and help people in the Microsoft community. I would like to know what I can do to help and become a part of the Ambassador Program again. If anyone can help me that would be awesome.

    Ambassador issues are not handled via the forums. You would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    As stated by the others. If you do not meet the required criteria you will be unable to join the Ambassador Program.

    If your account has had suspension(s) in the past year, you will be unable to join the Xbox Ambassador program.

    The most common issue when receiving the message 'Already in Program' is that your application is pending for approval.

    I think this post should be enough. They look through post and try to sort them out every friday. I had problems joing and within a few days they sorted it through me doing what you have just done. Your problem my take a little longer due to the circumstances.
    But keep trying. If nothing happens and you still want to find out then feel free to messege me or post another post up
