I'd like to be removed fron the Xbox preview program

Hello. I do not have access to my xbox to remove myself from the preview program because one of the updates broke it and I would like to be off it before setting up my new xbox. Support told me to post here because only ya'll can remove me from it. Thank

Xbox one preview program - Weekly updates

I'd like to be removed from the weekly updates in the preview program. My Internet is really slow and having to deal with updates twice a week gets really annoying (These takes up to 3-4 hours to update). It really brings the joy out of starting up my xbox,
to pray not another update will pop up. I'd still want to be in the xbox preview program, not be removed from the entire thing. And I'm too scared to press "Remove console from this program" in the app, because I dont want to reset my entire xbox. I just don't
want the updates.

Hello!

If you go to the insider app click "Insider Content" and go over to the "Xbox one update preview" You should be able to click it. Then click manage. Select Un enroll. Leaving the program is not instant and might take a little while.

I see that this has been answered but wanted to see if I could get help in regard to joining the Xbox One Preview program. How can this be done? I know you have to be an Insider but I'm not sure how to achieve that as well.
