    My user ID Jedi00 doesn’t appear on my monthly XBOX Live Rewards email but instead says I’m linked to and have zero points.

    Can someone please kindly advise?

    (REQUEST) Manual Change of Windows Live ID for Gamertag.

    My Gamertag (Carbonikz) needs to be moved to the Windows Live ID known as
    [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID]

    This is all I am asking. Sorry for any confusion.

    Your Xbox LIVE Rewards will have been sent to your old account as that is the one associated with your Windows Live ID. What account are your trying to move to what ID exactly? Your post is slightly confusing.

    Swap Windows Live ID's -

    It's kind of confusing to explain, but yes you can. You would have to first change one of the accounts to a different ID in order to free up the one you want to use. Say, your husband's account is Account A with ID A, and yours is Account B with ID B. If
    you change ID A to something different it frees up ID A to be used on another account. So you would then change ID B to ID A and then change ID A to ID B.

    However, you can only change the WLID every 30 days, so one of the accounts would have to be on a different email for about a month.
