Discus and support icrosoft Solitaire Collection doesn't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am having a problem with Solitaire Collection running Xbox on Windows 11, It has just stopped launching suddenly.     icrosoft Solitaire Collection doesn't load


    I am having a problem with Solitaire Collection running Xbox on Windows 11, It has just stopped launching suddenly. It is spinning on the intro page. Windows is upto date, I have reset solitaire, uninstalled solitaire and down loaded and installed it, reloaded Xbox, checked Microsoft and Xbox accounts as suggested in fixes. It still doesn't load. Hope somebody can suggest alternative actions.

    hi. im mel and im an independent advisor. unfortunately since the last update a number of users are experiencing the same issues. the only solution someone has found that worked for them so far is uninstalling the store, reinstalling it and then downloading the games again. however this doesnt work for everyone. hopefully microsoft will get a proper fix out for this soon.

    Hi Mel thanks for the help, will try deleting the store not hopeful though. I found I can access through MSN. Guess I will have to wait for an update correction

    Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.
