Olá, recentemente nenhum jogo que eu instalo aparecem naquela aba de jogos. O que deve ter ocorrido ? Todos os jogos instalados não aparecem. Ajuda por favor.

Olá. Comprei 2 jogos, "Left 4 Dead" e "Left 4 Dead 2" na store. Eles aparaceram na lista de Prontos Para Instalar. Instalei os dois em meu conta. Porém, os jogos não aparecem na lista de jogos instalados para iniciar. Também sumiram da lista de jogos prontos
para instalar. E se eu entro na store, aparece "Este jogo está instalado". Porém não está instalado pois não consigo jogar.

Reinstalling games Xbox One If the issue persists, the console may need a full factory reset to correct the console not finding the games, to do so check out this article:

Somente os icones nao aparecem. Eu fiz a restauração para os padrões de fábrica, porém ainda assim não resolveu. O engraçado é que o xbox informou que tenho 30 jogos e 27 apps na tela inicial, mas quando vou pra aba de jogos só aparecem jogos instalados
do 360.

Eu fiz a segunda configuração, que é restaurar para os padrões de fábrica, pois como os jogos nao aparecem eu nem tenho como desinstalar ou formatar o xboxone. Porém não foi solucionado o problema de nao aparecer os icones dos jogos. O engraçado é que assim
que fiz a restauração, na tela inicial o xbox informou que tenho 30 jogos e apps instalados, mas quando vou na aba de jogos so tem os do 360 instalados.

Our question here is, when you mention icons for these games do not appear do you mean that the picture for the title does not appear, or the games themselves do not show?

Our suggestion as the soft factory reset was probably the one selected when doing the console reset, but as a last resort we suggest
full factory reset which involves selecting Reset Everything:

[Reset and remove everything.
This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. You should use this option when selling or gifting the console to someone else.
You should only use this option as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases]
