    Olá, recentemente meu Xbox One apresentou um problema relacionado ao carregamento dos ícones da dashboard, nenhum ícone está mais carregando, tornando impossível a navegação no Xbox, já tentei o Hard Reset no console mas o problema continua persistindo,
    alguma solução?

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing issues with the Xbox One dashboard. To further troubleshoot this please try performing a

    Factory Reset     on your Xbox One. If you'd like to keep your games & apps installed to reduce setup time, be sure to select "Reset and keep my games & apps".
