Hallo guten Abend,

Ich habe mir letzte Woche Montag das Spiel Fallout 76 gekauft und habe nun nach ca. 3 Spielstunden bemerkt das scheinbar meine Xbox One S zu sehr überfordert ist mit diesem Spiel oder dieses nicht optimiert ist, was sich sehr auf die Spiel Erfahrung auswirkt
wie z.B. starke FPS einbrüche in nahezu allen Gebieten und für mich unspielbar anfühlt.

Ich habe nun seit letzter Woche versucht das Refund Formular auszufüllen welches wohl nicht mehr erreichbar ist und den Support zu erreichen beides leider ohne erfolg und ich verzweifel gerade.

Was bleibt mir nun als Möglichkeit, ich würde nur sehr ungern dieses Spiel weiterhin behalten.

collapses i n almost all areas and for me unplayable.

I have been trying to fill out the Refund form since last week, which is probably no longer accessible and to achieve the support of both unfortunately without success and I am giving out straight.

What remains for me now as a possibility, I would be very reluctant to keep this game.]

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with gameplay of Fallout 76. For

refunds the best solution for that would be to go to our refunds webform and fill it out. If you have any questions with the refund please reply to the email that they send to you. As well

Bethesda is releasing a patch today for the game Fallout 76 to improve stability with in game issues. I hope this information helps resolve the issue, please let us know how it goes.

I'm sorry to hear the refund link is not working for your region. In that case, contact Xbox Support to assist you with this concern and they should direct you to request a refund.

Hello Gaming,

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. When you try these make sure you get the request a call from support, if you get anything else try a different option.

Hey paul thank your fast reply, i already tried to use the refund site but after the last step it connects me to site that isn't working anymore.
