    i'am a xbox insider user and my xbox is showing the error e101.


    I'm an xbox insider, I turned on the video game to play, and when I turned it on, the error e106 appeared. I tried to restore the xbox and nothing frustrated, I tried to install the offline update, the OSU1, but whenever I pressed the option to update offline, the error e101 appears. What do I do, I can't lose this xbox at all. I can't update because the xbox insider version is much newer than the OSU1 version on the microsoft website, so I need the offline insider update to download.

    I have a problem with my Xbox One.

    I had a technical support chat, and I received a case number 1382572638. I was instructed to get an offline update. Unfortunately, it failed. I received this error code: E101 00000504 8B050041.
