    I downloaded Microsoft Sudoku on my Galaxy Note10 plus a couple of days ago. I decided to pay the $9.99/year for it which seems high for such a game but I decided to trust Microsoft.

    To my surprise, I got a nice note and receipt from them showing that I was now a subscriber. However, there are no instructions. I open the app and it seems to recognize me but not that I've paid anything. It refers to me as a guest. I try to sign in.
    I honestly don't know how to do so but I occasionally get an invitation to sign in but what comes up are Xbox and 3 other apps that I, apparently can sign into. However, I've never had an Xbox or the other items. And I can't seem to get to that screen except
    by just waiting for it to appear. The app seems to lock up fairly often when I'm trying to figure out how to get it to recognize me as more than a guest. I've no problem with it when I play a game but, then, what did I pay for?

    The screen now shows Microsoft Sudoku Classic Puzzles from easy to Grandmaster, Classic, irregular, challenges, and games. I usually just go with Classic but Irregular has an exclamation point above it.

    On top, it shows my level and says "Guest". To the right, it has an orange stop sign with AD in it which is crossed out(meaning no ads?) I haven't explored the menu much other than looking for a way to sign in. The my subscription is a page with generic
    information about how my google play account is charged.

    I've tried to unsubscribe but, apparently, once I subscribe I'm stuck with that subscription for a year even if I have no way to sign into the app.

    Am I overthinking this? Is this just typical poor communication between sellers and buyers in the software space? Does it really matter that, despite my paying for the app, I'm still just a guest? Am I really bound to Microsoft for one year? Do they
    really expect me to buy an Xbox in order to be recognized as a customer?

    I'm wondering since this is a Microsoft game (I haven't played it) but on Xbox whenever we buy something then it automatically goes to our Microsoft account. Therefore, since I'm assuming that you haven't created one yet, maybe create an account, log in,
    and then it should recognize you as a subscriber and no longer a guest. I can link you towards the main site, and then you would just look for a register a new account link.

    I’ve never found myself a victim of trolling or griefing usually because the moment i find myself in a game with a player i would consider a griefer i remove myself from the game and avoid them as a player.

    @Epic Louie...agreed..just finished up the single-player for Dark Messiah to and actually enjoyed it for what it is.I wouldn't exactly put it on the underrated list but wouldn't put it on the worst game list either....i would have paid $10 bucks for this
    new with dlc and not felt bad at all.I'm even considering a second playthrough again soon.

    I love the new controller and I wouldn't consider myself a casual player. Just because people don't play FPS games doesn't mean they are casual gamers. I love RPGs,platformers,racers and action games.To me you guys are casual gamers if all you play are shooters.
