    You`re right, microsoft don`t read these threads.

    Sounds like everything you had that`s faulty would still be under warranty, use a postal service to return them for replacements.

    Hi, if your Xbox cannot detect the cable and you've tried different cables and different ports on the router and modem then it sounds like your Xbox is faulty, please return to store under warranty or Microsoft

    If the product is brand new and is faulty, I suggest returning it to the supplier and requesting a full refund or replacement product as it should still be under warranty.

    If you can play games without the HDD is connected, then yes it is a faulty one. Return it if it is under warranty.
