I would like to refund my eternal freedom black pearl on sea of thieves and get the ancient coins back

In game currency that has been spent already is typically not refundable.

You can try requested a refund at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders but i wouldnt count on it.

I had recently purchased a Pearl box item in the game Black Desert. And about two days ago i requested a refund through the Xbox website and got my refund accepted. Yet i haven't received my money back or acces to the game due to this.

Is there like something wrong with the servers or am I been scammed because it has been over 24 hours now and I haven't gotten my coins and I can't get a refund I have tried everything instructed and I haven't been given what I paid for I am sure you can see my order history and see I can show a screenshot of my account with no coins on it and a clearly unpurchased battle pass. So, what is it going to take for me to get my Apex Coins. that seemingly just disappeared.

I am sorry but I feel as if this is going to continue, it would best benefit me to stop wasting money all together. I could see there were others like me on the review section of the 1,000 Apex Coins in Microsoft store that they too didn't receive their coins.

Honestly, I should just get my coins or a refund because this is unjust.

I can not go to the e-mail that is used for my Xbox account. I did use the account that I used to buy the game, so shouldn't the ancient coins be transferred to the game?
