    I would like to refund a game

    I bought by mistake NBA 2K18 Legend Gold Edition while I wanted to take the Standard Edition and saw that I have no means to buy it. I would like to be reimbursed.

    I don't think a refund will solve your issue yet for refunds you should contact xbox chat support billing section:

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    or if you are part of the USA/CA region you can contact this free toll nr: (800) 469-9269

    My Partner got me Minecraft for my birthday. He's in the UK, I'm in Aruba. I can't redeem the code because of regions. How can I solve the issue either get the thing to work or get a refund?

    Gifting is region locked and there is no way to bypass region locks. He would need to request a refund and then he would have to find a place that does sell a code that would work for your region.

    DLC for regions that are not on the drop-down list. (Black Ops 2)

    So what do you think I should do, beacuse the Black Ops 2 is region free, however the content is region locked so I don't know what to do.

    Can I just download it for 1200 MS points in the Marketplace? It doesn't seem to ask for a region...

    My friend from Florada gived me a code for a dlc for monster hunter world but i can't use it .

    Gifting is region locked, so if they are on a different region than you, they would have to try getting a refund and trying to buy the game elsewhere that will work in your region.
