I would like to recover my purchase – Minecraft: Java Edition

I purchased Minecraft: Java Edition 4 years ago. Unfortunately, when I log into my account now, the game is not visible. It also does not appear in my Microsoft account purchase history.

I do, however, have an email confirmation of my purchase, which includes details of the transaction:

• Order ID

• Transaction ID

I would appreciate your help in recovering access to my game.

if you failed to migrate your account, but you were warned about for over a year via email, social media and other resources, then you will have to purchase the game again

Thank you for your response. I understand that the migration process has ended and that I may lose everything associated with my account, such as settings, achievements, and other data. However, a license is a license. I purchased the game, and I have all the necessary proof to verify my ownership.

I don’t believe that providing me with a code or authorization to download the game again should be an issue. This is not about technical limitations but rather about how Microsoft chooses to treat its customers. I would appreciate a reconsideration of my case.

I mistakenly purchased for my child the minecraft's windows 10 version and I would to know if its possible to change to Minecraft's Java edition version.

Windows 10 minecraft and java edition are both two different types of Editions unfortunately you would have to buy the java edition on the minecraft website.

I understand your concern. However, Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Minecraft Java Edition are two separate games and require separate purchases. Unfortunately, there is no way to redeem Minecraft Java Edition without purchasing it separately. If you would like to play Minecraft Java Edition, you will need to purchase it from the official Minecraft website.

I appreciate you letting me know. On Microsoft Store, the only bundle that includes Java Edition is Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC, I would like to clarify, is that the game version that you purchased?
