I would like to receive a refund for a duplicate product

On May 2, 2018, I bought a duplicate purchase because on the screen of my video game it appeared that it did not materialize on the first attempt, however accessing my microsoft account now, I realized that I was charged for the same product twice. I would
like to receive a refund for this product. How do we do it?

The product name is: Starter Pack by LexCorp, which belongs to the DC Universe Online game.

No dia 2 de Maio de 2018, eu comprei uma compra em duplicidade, porque na tela do meu jogo de vídeo apareceu que ela não foi concretizada na primeira tentativa, entretanto acessando agora minha conta microsoft, percebi que fui cobrado pelo mesmo produto
duas vezes. Gostaria de receber o reembolso desse produto. Como faremos isso?

I would like a refund

Without the extra free space the game will be buggy and needs the free space to play not for the game itself.

Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. As stated in your original thread, you would have to try replying to the email you received denying your refund. That is the only way to contact the refund specialists.

Hey there FlatColt2900601,

As mentioned by xcor, these duplicate transactions are usually refunded automatically as they are recognized by the system.

Alternatively you can submit a refund request just incase the refund is not automatically processed.
