Discus and support i would like to promote my account to adult status in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i want to promote my account, i turn 18 in may. can you do this for me because its really annoying, and has been for years...     Remove parent restrictions from previous family pack accounts?

    They can probably go to Settings -> Account -> Promote Account and promote themselves to adult status.

    When you turned 18 did you promote your account from child status to adult status? If not then you need to do so in order for it to be seen as an adult account.
