I would like to report two gamers :[Mod removed] and
[Mod removed] who have been threatening to hack my son's account should he not comply with their demands. This is unacceptable behaviour and I would like to report them both to microfsoft and the authorities but am unsure how to proceed - please advise.

I doubt it. Microsoft is notoriously [mod removed] when it comes to dealing with your Live accounts. The best you can probably do is track down whoever your parent gave the Xbox to and manually remove your account from there.
