i got banned 40 mins after sending a message saying how aold are you,
[Mod Removed - Profanity] 8 lol, to a guy who just tried to scam me and then proceeded tol act like a child and annoy me, you are not allowed to ban me for saying that because there is nothing wrong with saying that, if you ban me then i demand that
you ban him aswell as ive done NOTHING wrong, unban my account or your just proving how [Mod Removed - Profanity] you are.

Sorry to hear about the situation, but the Xbox live
code of conduct is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the
code of conduct is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!

Xbox live is an online service regulated by rules
as every online service.

Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct
(Do not be a toxic player and use profanity or bad behavior, because you can be suspended for that).

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

Case Review. (If
the suspension is for 24 hours and less, then it will not be available. If the case is Upheld then, you will have to wait till the suspension is over.)

Just because someone says they will report you does not mean a BAN will be issued. BANs are applied when the Code of Conduct is being violated. When someone reports you it may just effect your "Xbox

Noboy on the forums or at Xbox Support can help. Your only recourse is via https://enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review, if eligible.

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com although you were most likely suspended for profanity.

In order for the enforcement team to investigate the other person, you would need to file a complain on them via the console.
