    I would like to know the Xbox terms of service infringement issues related to changing save...


    I want to change some things in my games for fun (I will not use these changes in any online scenarios i.e. cheating against other players), but I want to make sure it is allowed first. I tried asking the Microsoft assistant, Unfortunately, that did not help. I also scoured through google and found a few things, but after checking the Xbox terms of service, I don't recall ever hearing explicit mentions of altering save data. Would changing save data infringe Xbox T.O.S.? If so, is there another way to do so without problems? Either way, many thanks and good day.

    that would fall under the general ban on cheating.

    All console and many PC saves are encrypted to prevent this

    You'll find it under section 7 of the code of conduct. no it doesn't matter if it's single or multiplayer

    It is not legal to sell any products of any kind (whether it is related to Xbox or not) on these forums as it constitute an infringement to the Terms of Service to which you agreed to when you signed up for an Xbox Live Account.

    Console bans are not issued that easily but only repeated or severe infringement of the terms of service.

    Bully region code error.

    Bully does have a PAL version of the game. However, at the moment, I do not see XBOX live featuring a Digital Download copy of Bully for the PAL Region. Any attempts to convert, modify, or hack NTSC-to-Pal would infringe upon Xbox Live's Terms of Service,
    and more than likely merit you a console ban.

    The only thing I remember in terms of pricing is that Xbox LIVE Arcade games would not exceed 1200 Microsoft points - $15.. but that's changed for some Arcade games.. Also if anyone wants to save money, using a rental game service like Gamefly would save
    lots of $$ - so regardless of whether prices go up, the rental service price usually remains the same..
