Unused reward points

Hi, just a quick and simple question . Back when I first collected rewards in 2014, I had no idea on how to redeem points and after a few years I'm putting them to use, my question is how do I deposit my unused rewards from that point. Thank you

My Xbox Rewards points never got deposited into my Microsoft Account currency

Hi,

I was referred here by Microsoft support to inquire about my missing Xbox Live Rewards deposit. I had 5250 Xbox Rewards points and 200 VIP points that were supposed to have been deposited to my Microsoft Account last month in the form of my current currency.
As of today, there has been no deposit. I would appreciate any help.

Rewards credits are automatically deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency you can use on the Xbox Store by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Or you can request a deposit once you have
at least 1,000 credits pending (but less than 5,000) and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

Can you give us more information regarding this situation? Do you mean the Microsoft Rewards on Xbox One? If so you would have to collect Rewards points and then redeem the reward that you would like once you reach the amount of points it asks for. Check

If you are referring to
Microsoft Rewards points, there is currently no promotion to earn points playing this title at the moment.

If you can elucidate on what it is that you are trying to earn rewards for, we should be able to assist you further.
