I would like to get my permanently suspended decade+ old account unbanned. Seeing as no warning notification was given that this would happen anywhere and I dont see how this is fair. I’ve been reported and subjected to “enforcement action” by friends as a joke multiple times as well as by randoms for returning their messages. Having a seemingly unlimited number of time outs, I gladly took a 15 day communication ban to respond to someone. I would take a permanent multiplayer or communications ban, but all of it? Why? Anyone permanently suspended can just make another account and repeat the process. Funny enough, none of my other accounts have any strikes on them. Had I known the suspensions had limitation, I would’ve stopped messaging on this account entirely. I just want my saves back

He would've had to file an appeal within the year that the suspension was issued on the old suspension forums

You dont get warnings before an suspension it doesn't matter if it waa. A joke

You dont seem.to.understand how the system works

If a suspension is issued it is because a violation occured

Nothing happens otherwise

Too many of those as per the terms of use you can get suspended permanently

I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be and I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. Please be advised that Xbox Enforcement actions or suspensions are being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement Team who work offline. Here in community and even Microsoft Support won't be able to assist us regarding Xbox suspensions. As much as we would love to help, we can only do so much about it.

Was doing the same for me until I tried it on my phone, got through to someone last Saturday and they said I would be unbanned 19th (today) but still can’t sign into my account, it does say suspended now, it used to say permanently suspended, [mod removed] knows what’s going on, I’ll have to see if I get banned because they’re probably going of gmt time.

What would be the point of permanently banning someone if they could just pay to get the account unbanned?
