I would like to change who my reward goes to if that is possible

Woops wrong account

Since that is not a rewards program issue, rewards support would not be able to assist. Phone/chat support would be the only ones who would be able to do anything if possible.

 

I would like to know if there is a refund possible

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support.

 

Microsoft reward redemptions are deposited directly into the account that redeemed the points. As far as I am aware they are non transferable as per the terms and conditions of the rewards program

 

I doubt they will change who your reward goes to. This probably was done to prevent people from using multiple accounts to get points.
