i would like to change my credits in money

i talked with a xbox support to change my gamertag and said 500 credits was enough to change it so i would like to have it changed in money to be able to change it .

It is not a violation of code of conduct if you have your real name on your gamertag.

You can change your gamertag but you will have to pay 800 microsoft points.

Here's a walk through on how to change your gamertag.

You'll have to pay the 800 points to change it then. As Jameser said, it's not recommended, but it's not against the rules to have your name in your gamertag. So the enforcement team won't issue a forced name change.

500 credits is not enough to pay for a gamertag change. 500 credits is equal to $.50 USD. Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information.

Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit once you have at least 1,000 pending and they will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site
at the time.

You can't but if you had money on your account like 10 dollars then it would use that money first and then the remander on a credit card, but not 2 different credit cards unless something has changed recently.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your deposit on August 9th.

I am afraid you will not likely receive a refund because you did not like the game. Things just don't work that way. You can try, I suppose, by giving phone support a call at 800-4MY-XBOX for the US and Canada.

Regardless, having your real name on your gamertag is NOT a violation of the Code of Conduct, you will have pay the 800 MS Points to change it.
