Hey waynepratt9623, I recently had this same issue and the links posted on here will help you for the most part. One thing to add though is, if you currently have an existing unpaid charge to your account for the recurring subscription, it will have to
be paid before you can turn off recurring billing. Hope this helps with your issue

I have never purchased the xbox music pass but have been being charged for it. I canceled the auto renewal but would like a refund for what I was charged since I never have used it and just realized that I have been charged for it.

Thanks for the answer. Sadly that did not work for me. I canceled the auto renew before the money was charged. After that I wanted to cancel the subscription itself aswell, that did not work. It said something like "You cannot cancel the subscription because
you have already paid". This would make no sense to me since I didn't pay yet, nor was the auto renewal activated at that time. So it charged the money without me wanting that anyways.
