Xbox One S 50k rewards credits not showing

I recently purchased a Xbox One S from Microsoft's online store and used the Xbox Live Rewards 50k promo code. It linked my order with my XBLR account. I haven't gotten my 50k rewards credits. It has been 15 days since shipment. Please help. I would very
much like my reward credits now especially in time for week 2 sales.

Promotions for 50,000 MS Rewards Credits when upgrading from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

I got an e-mail on 9/27 with the title "50,000 reason to upgrade" for the Xbox One upgrade sales promotion to reward Xbox Live Gold memberships with 50,000 Rewards Credits when upgrading from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, and also with free expedite shipping and
selected free game.

I ordered an Xbox One S bundle from MicrosoftStore.com around Thanksgiving time.

I remember reading from the FAQ indicating that the rewards credits should arrive around 15 days after the console is shipped. It's been over 15 days but nothing happened to my account. Is there anyway you can check?

Also, are Rewards credits the same as Rewards points? Does it mean I can use the credits redeem other gift cards, just like how I would typically use Rewards points to redeem gift cards?

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

Unfortunately, we can only deposit on our scheduled deposit cycles that occur around the middle and end of the month.

Hi,

I just checked and my xbox live rewards account has return to a green status which is great!

However, I couldn't help but notice that I did not receive my rewards credits for purchases I made during the Black Friday sales. Will these credits be coming my way in the near future?

I just experienced this issue, having redeemed a $10 Xbox digital gift card from Microsoft Rewards.

I was trying to make the purchase through the web, and the dialog that came up asked how I wanted to pay for the rest. Unfortunately, it did not say how much the rest was, so I did not know whether the rest was $9.99 (i.e., my credit cannot be used and
sales tax is not charged), $10.61 (i.e., my credit cannot be used and sales tax is charged), or $0.61 (i.e., my credit can be used and sales tax is charged).

I contacted Xbox Live Support, and the representative thought it might be sales tax but was unsure.

We were able to determine that sales tax *is* charged, so the problem was simply that I did not have enough credit.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your deposit on August 9th.
