i would like to change my credits in money

500 credits is not enough to pay for a gamertag change. 500 credits is equal to $.50 USD. Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information.

Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit once you have at least 1,000 pending and they will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site
at the time.

i would like to change my credits in money

i talked with a xbox support to change my gamertag and said 500 credits was enough to change it so i would like to have it changed in money to be able to change it .

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your deposit on August 9th.
