I would like a replacement controller or a refund for my controller I sent off

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have phoned them up multiple times and all they say is the replacement controller will be at my address within 3-5 business days. They keep saying that and now it’s getting beyond a joke.

I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me

I advise contacting Amazon for a refund or replacement, it sounds like a seller has sent you a used controller.

I bought 2 of these controllers and the LB button stopped working and there was stick drift. Sent it back and they replaced one. Just sent it and the second controller had the exact same problems. Microsoft will not replace the second. So they have $250
and I have a useless Elite 2 controller. You would think for that money you would get more then a couple of months from it. They must know these are faulty and if there is a class action to be taken I'm in. These controllers are a rip. Go to Walmart and get
a knock off, you won't feel as bad when you throw it away after a few months just like the Elite.
