I would like a refund please

For refunds you would have to contact support directly.

This is something that you need to contact the official Xbox support team for at support.xbox.com/contact-us

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

Not sure why they would send you here. Forum support are unable to issue refunds. Only billing would be able to do that.

All sales in the Xbox Store are usually final. Though, some exceptions may or may not be made if you follow the requirements below.

Requirements:

Own the game for less than 2 weeks

Played the game for 24 hours our less.
