I need a refund on a Xbox game pass that I brought my grandson for Christmas in error, I should of brought a game voucher (Green)

If it was a voucher code, then you'd need to return it to the retailer it was purchased from for a refund assuming the code hasn't already been redeemed yet.

I appreciate the advice I received. But my problem is not resolved. I cannot access the Redeem code. First,I do not have an xbox. I purchaseed the Call of Duty season pass for my grandson for Christmas.. Could I log on to his xbox360 and receive the redeem
code.. then he'll be able to have the season pass.? My son-in-law said that if I load the pass on my grandson's xbox using my logon, he will lose the games that he has already loaded. I know this is confusing, but I'm at my wit's end. I've tried Chatline with
