A friendly reminder, all the completed orders on your account is saved to your Order history immediately as well as the subscription renewal payments too.

And to check on this please go to https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history.

You'll see there all the renewal charges of your Realms subscription.

And to verify the status if it is active or not you can check it from here: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

To update Email Preferences. Kindly go to https://account.microsoft.com > "Your info" from the top menu.

Click on Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

Ensure your preferred email address is listed and set as your primary alias.

Then go to communication preferences and make sure the option to receive billing information is enabled.

Please ensure as well that your email address is verified. If it’s not, you should see an option to verify it in the Your info section.
