I wont stop till i get a refund even if it mean going to court!!!!!

I brought call of duty cold war on friday 10th November and ever since it has crashed my xbox ive put 2 request in and been told on both occasions nothing can be done i want a refund for this broken game ive paid 65 pound for a broken game that if i brought
on disc it would of already been refunded sort this out as it putting great stress not being able to play my 65 pound broken digital download i wont stop till something gets done

I just keep getting "You've played to much of the game to get a refund" if i brought it from sainsburys or something they would give me my money back there and then

Ive had almost the same problem. I got a message from xbox saying that they’ve refunded my money from preordering cold war. I’ve checked my account and the money isnt there.
