I won the Batman Batarang statue but haven't received it

Hey,

I won the batman batarang back in July/August(I can't remember the exact date) from the my vip reward thingy majiggy. I can't quite remember the promotion but it involved spinning a roulette table(I was lucky enough to win £50 Xbox Credit and was rewarded
another spin which landed me the batarang).

Upon winning the item, it said I'd receive it in 4-8 weeks time but I haven't received it as of yet(we're looking at just over 12 weeks since I won the item), would you guys be able to let me know what the dealio with this is?

I believe I've won the crack the keg contest and haven't gotten a email. It came up that I won the Geralt statue, I have a screenshot of the win as well

I saw that achievement and I was wondering how to get it....I tried the remote batarang, throwing it out and flying it back to Batman....funny if that was the achievement playing catch with yourself.

I'd like a Batman costume for my avatar after having played Arkham Asylum. Maybe a Batarang. What's holding that up? We get Green Lantern stuff but no Batman? And yeah, I'd like an NHL jersey too.
