Gears of war UE valentines day promotional weapon skin

I played gears of war during its valentines day promotion weekend and I have yet to receive my weapon skin. All you had to do was play one match during the promotion week to receive the skin. I have a game clip on my profile proving that i played, and still
nothing.

I watched smite on mixer for two days and the promotion said that I would receive free skin for smite. I have not got my skin or a code to claim the skin. If you check the viewer list it will show that I was there both days. Also I participated
in the chat. I am wondering when I will receive the skin or a code to get it. My Microsoft account is linked to my mixer account.

That particular trailer doesn't provide you with a skin in-game. It provides you with Mercy wings to wear on your Avatar. Have you tried customizing your Avatar? If so, do you see the wings?

You can find that in the Xbox Avatar app, which you can locate within the apps section of 'My games & apps'. Check there and let us know what you find!

Epic came out yesterday and said the skins for this promotion will be offered everywhere, not just the USA. I got my skins today and did not watch the trailer, maybe the droped that part so that everyone can get the skins, either way sure they will come
out with a way you can get them
