I was wrongfully suspened and recieve a communication ban. What did I violate.

I was suspended after having a (text) chat with another player. I asked him a simple question and he kept pushing me to join his xbox party. I told him no and asked why he couldn't answer me in the chat. He then insulted me, told me I suck at the game and called me dumb. After his ranting insult storm, he called me a clown and said "laughing my a** off". I said "where you gonna put ur a**?" out of simple humor. Doesn't violate any terms that I am aware of, it would be nice if I could see the exact thing I violated. And why after reporting his messages, he is not suspended. I know he isn't because he messaged me on my alternate account. I think that Microsoft needs to put more effort into resolving situations and resolving them properly. Previous uneducated Xbox Ambassadors said that the enforcement team looks over all report cases and "investigates" the context. I know that this isn't true, simply because they don't have the time to investigate and because I was suspended wrongfully, along with thousands of other xbox users. And don't tell me that I need to think over my actions, I already have and every time I do, I feel more justified. Please tell me what part and quote of the terms and guidelines I violated.

I've been wrongfully suspended today, and I did not do a thing to violate the code of conduct I can't even sign into to see what this violation is. I did not play online with anyone.
