I was wrongfully suspended after I posted a group post on “Rainbow Six Siege”. The post said “2v2 Bwars” and had no tags. “2v2 bwars” means 2 versus 2 bunker wars, which is a game mode that we play on rainbow six siege. Thousands of players routinely post the same post. I looked recently and saw over a dozen “bwars” posts. I can’t comprehend why I was banned. I have submitted an appeal but it’s clear that nobody on the enforcement team will ever see it. As a 10+ year gold member I feel helpless. I have never been suspended before so it makes zero sense why I would be targeted with such a long ban. I can’t contact any customer service reps on this issue, and I feel that Xbox customer service doesn’t actually exist. There is no number to call on any of the websites. I’m hoping this post will reach somebody on the enforcement team, or anyone that has had similar issues.

It really is very strange that they took so long to be able to answer you.

Usually the response occurs within 24 hours.

But unfortunately, there is no other procedure that I can send you, this is the only process that microsoft has made available.

Its very unfortunate that you can’t help me any further. I hope this thread garners some attention. Xbox/Microsoft needs to change something here. A month suspension for a looking for group post that had no profanity is outrageous. Not to mention this is my first suspension ever. As a 10+ year gold member this is very disappointing. The enforcement team must see this post.
