I was wrongfully perma banned on my account.

Hello Microsoft or anyone else reading this.

I got permanently banned on my account RuneD7.

I'm really sad because my account was used by my friends and started swearing to their friends so they could purposely ban me.

I'm really really sad right now and I don't have the motivation to go on my xbox.

I would love with some help with this.

I wasn't even on the xbox when this happened either for a long time by the way!

I'll list the person who did go on my account and banned it on purpose.

That's his gamertag and he did it.

I tried appealing many bans with this type of complaint but it was always denied, never ever was it appealed.

I would appreciate if someone can help me with this in the moderation team.

Because I'm really really sad right now.

Unfortunately you are considered responsible for everything that happens on your account.

Youll need to sign into https://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

If you have done so already and they denied the appeal then there is nothing else that can be done.

Sounds like you need new friends.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and possibly have it removed.

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/
