    points expire 12 months after earning them.

    If you do not earn any microsoft reward points within 18 months then they will expire.

    i was hacked

    I found out tonight that happened to me too, took me over an hour to recover my account, changing password and stuff but someone has bought 10,000 microsoft points costing me £85, they all ready spent all the microsoft points on a game I dont have or will
    ever play, looks like I will have to contact xbox support tomorrow and try to get my money back (fat chance)
