Hello Liquid, are you referring to statistics from within the game or is your account a child and are in a family account and are guiding yourself through those statistics?

If it's from the Microsoft system you can have more information by the link below, but if it's from a specific game this can vary from game to game.

Thanks for the reply. I was interested in the # of players playing the games worldwide--you know the little statistic in the lower left about how many players are playing this game or that game. I'm wondering how many people are typically playing the 360
versus the One versions.

I have information that more people have the same problem since 30 May.

Does Microsoft already know about the problem?

"Ok so heres another “attempt” go to a notmal web browser and log out of XBOX live via PC; then go to Microsoft and log out of that account. Go to your XBOX and then make sure your logged out there.

Then with XBOX on return to a web browser online and log in to XBL then restart your xbox and log in."

I did this now and nothing change.

The same in all games, normal achievement working only time play stay.
