In this case, since 24 hours have already passed, the purchase should have already arrived. If your refund was declined I recommend that you reply to the email you received to give more information about the situation and they can reevaluate the refund.

If your request for refund is not approved it means that your request doesn't compute with the conditions when a refund is possible.
