i was wondering if i get a new warranty if xbox sends me another controller with the repair...

Hello Keano, the console warranty is separate from the controls.

For devices like controls unfortunately there is no paid repair service from Microsoft, in cases like this the ideal is that try to send your control to some technical assistance of your trust.

Whenever this happens to me I solve it in one of many ways

1. Update the firmware on the controller

2. If the firmware is up to date se the warranty on the controller

3. If the warranty is up sell it to a local gamestore or send it to get repaired

4. or buy another one

I would try the controllers on another xbox as that should confirm the issue.

Then if in warranty contact for repair.

If not in warranty either sort a repair or if it was me just play with controller wired.

I recommend sending it in for repairs or look into a new controller if it doesn{t warranty cover

If you controller is still in the 90day warranty period you can get it repaired for free, if it's not you can get it repaired at a fee, but this can be close to the price of a new controller so I just suggest buying a new one.
