Hello Dan, unfortunately this is not possible, the Eforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox Support, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

1. it's not law enforcement, it is a ban.

2. there is no way to get it shortened.

3. go to Enforcement history | Xbox Support to see if you can submit a review, it can take a few days.

it will end on that day at the time the ban was issued, you may need to restart your console after that time.

Hannah, you need to contact law enforcement and get your parents involved. Microsoft works directly with law enforcement in situations like these but you need to start the case with law enforcement for us to be able to do anything about this.
