    I was trying to update a game but it is stuck at zero. I already tried to check the network...


    I have tried restarting the Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, switching offline then back online, and lastly I tested all network settings and they were all good. I really need help...

    Xbox Game Pass PC won't download games

    I have tried all of the above. Still having the issue. It is constantly stuck on 'checking for updates' and is unresponive to anything else. I still cant pause or cancel the downloads either nor can I launch already installed games.

    G'day AMPLIFY, so sorry to hear about the install issues. If the game appears to be stuck at 0% it's because it is downloading the update file before installing the rest of the game. Now, is it just BF4 that's stuck at 97% or is Call of Duty affected too?

    Aside from letting the download sit, what have you tried so far? Have you rebooted the console since this happened? Cycled your network hardware? We'd like to help here but I don't want to offer you something you've tried already!

    Why is my xbox update stuck at 86% in 2023? Hard reset doesn't seem to do much, it goes back to 73% climbs to 86% and never goes further, it's not the Internet as its part 3 of the download.

    I had the same problem with the September update I had to keep reseting it so it could force apply the update while reseting I tried that now with the october update and it's not working my xbox one is literally stuck in a update loop my only options are to try again check internet and turn off console and I tried reseting kept. Games and apps once that didn’t work I tried removing everything no dice

    Wifi connection issues

    I was able to try the suggestion and i had hope since no one had suggested for me to do that but now since my xbox wont connect to the wifi im stuck on the update part with a website to go to and error cods
