I was trying to see microsoft points were i go to get Xbox live gold

I want to purchase FIFA points using Microsoft points but when i go to choose the payment it says "were having trouble connecting to Xbox live, please try again later" with this code.. Any reason?

The $20 Microsoft points code was printerd out on my receipts as well as emailed to me when I purchased the xbox live day one gold card. I have already added the $20 to my xbox live account.

There's lots of different options to get Xbox Live Gold. Aside from the usual paying for Gold, you could check out Microsoft Rewards and see if you have enough points saved up to redeem some Xbox Live.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, when redeeming your rewards points you can use them however you'd like. I am seeing that Gold for 1 month is 9,500 points or 8500 points if you are level 2. If you are seeing the same price then unfortunately
you would not be able to get the 2 months of live and would have to settle for the 1 month.

You can always go back and try to earn more rewards points so that you get enough points to afford the 2 months of gold.
